Jefferson Is Adopted

Jefferson has been adopted via the NKLA Pet Adoption Center! Jefferson's family contacted us interested in adoption. While arranging meet and greets with our foster dogs, they decided to head to the NKLA Pet Adoption Center to meet available dogs. There they met 3 dogs, narrowed it down to 2, and then brought their pit bull mix, Violet (on the right in the photo) in to make the final selection - and it was Jefferson!

Jefferson has settled in nicely with his family. They are confident and dog-savvy guardians, familiar with crate-training and slow introductions to get both dogs acclimated to their new environment. Jefferson enjoys going for runs, playing in the yard with Violet and his new comfy bed. Jefferson's parents said they loved the experience of adopting at that NKLA pet center and will recommend it to their friends.
