Achilles Has Been Adopted

Achilles (fka Mason) has been adopted! Mason is a sweet handsome boy who came to us from an independent rescuer. He had been hit by a car and was living under a van. After surgery to repair his broken hip, and months of physical therapy, Mason was ready to find his forever home. Lucky for him, a lovely couple was beginning the search for their new family member. They had just lost a dog to cancer and were not sure if they were quite ready to open their homes to another, but after meeting Mason they couldn't say no. It was truly love at first sight, for all involved.

Achilles now spends his days cuddling on the bed with his new mom and dad. Sure his new life is easy, but there are still some challenges. Like how to get all of the frozen peanut butter out of the Kong or how to catch the lizards in the backyard. Achilles' mom and dad love him and and we love them for seeing the potential of this special boy.
