Sugarplum is a happy-go-lucky girl who joined us from the South LA shelter. She loves making new friends with her non stop tail wag and loves to work a crowd to get as many pets and treats as she can.
Sugarplum has adjusted quickly to her routine in her foster home, thanks in part to her love of all things tasty--once she realized she gets a treat for going in her crate, she didn’t have to be asked twice, and when it’s time to turn in for the night she hustles right into her personal space.
Sugarplum has been doing well with the other dogs in her foster home and could even potentially go to a home with a cat with a slow intro and continued guidance.
About 2 years old and 45 pounds, Sugarplum is crate-trained, house-trained, micro-chipped, up to date on routine vaccinations and working on her basic commands.
