Sugar

Sugar came to us from the South Los Angeles Shelter. She is a petite, one year old girl, who is as sweet as her name suggests. She is soft, affectionate, and connected - very much a people-pleaser. Sugar loves playing with other dogs and has learned a lot from her foster dog brother, including how to share toys, snuggle, and get belly rubs. She is building her confidence in new situations and is most relaxed when she is able to follow a more confident dog’s lead.

Sugar is also fostered with a cat and we think she would enjoy having a canine or feline sibling. Sugar is full grown at just around 45 pounds, she is around 1 year old, up to date on routine shots, microchipped, crate-trained, and knows most of her basic manners.
