He’s a hunky heartthrob, a friend to many dogs, an expert smoocher, and a star pupil--meet Scooby! This sweet boy has won the heart of every volunteer he meets. Scooby’s been having an excellent time at our Jefferson Park Pet Resource Center participating in play groups with tons of our foster dogs, showing them the ropes of all things Dog. When there’s a break in the action, you can frequently find him sidled up to a volunteer, flopping over for a great belly rub session and some sugary sweet kisses. His pouty lip is not to be missed!

Scooby is a recent graduate of our Movement training class, where he practiced good leash walking skills. Scooby’s ready to take everything he’s learned, along with all his fun and smushy sweetness, to his future family. We think Scooby would do great in a home with or without other dogs. Scooby thrives with structure and a little confidence from his handler so he knows just what to do, and he’s excited to keep learning more and more with his future adopter.

About 3 1/2 years old and 70 pounds, Scooby is crate-trained, house-trained, micro-chipped, up to date on routine vaccinations and working on his basic commands.
