Radar: A sensitive soul, an excellent houseguest, and an all around great guy! Radar has made himself a fixture in his foster family, impressing everyone with his lovely demeanor. Though he’s a bit shy to start, he warms up to new people quickly--from that point, you can expect big wiggles, funny hops of excitement, lots of affection and a friend that always wants to be close by, whether you’re watching TV or working on Zoom. He loves to dole out polite kisses and lean his big horsey self against you for infinite scratches.

When he’s not enjoying life’s simple pleasure of relaxing with his loved ones, Radar is a stuffed toy aficionado and loves to parade around his Catch of the Day and proudly squeak it for everyone to enjoy. He’s also a fan of hopping in the car to head through the Starbucks window. He’s also a fan of a walk or hike.

Radar has lived in a home with children before and did very well; we think he’d be happy to do it again. Radar currently lives with a cat (who he gives a wide respectful berth to) and several dogs. We think he’d enjoy living with another well matched calm dog, but would be happy to hold down the fort solo, too.

Radar has his own Instagram page! Check out all his adventures at @radar_the_angel_city_pit.

About 5 years old and 90 pounds, Radar is crate-trained, house-trained, micro-chipped, up to date on routine vaccinations and knows his basic commands.
