It’s no wonder why Puma becomes an instant favorite of anyone he spends time with--once you sit in the yard with him and feel him gently melt into you, he’ll be on your list of favorites, too! Though his face may often look serious, we think his head is full of the thoughts of a young poet. He often enjoys sitting right on your feet while he considers his daily musings.

Puma has enjoyed being a foster dog, and is happy to spend his day as your work from home assistant or napping in the crate. But if you have more active plans, Puma’s proven himself to be an excellent companion, too! He’s already conquered a Fryman Canyon hike and has gone on several training runs to help our Team ACPB runners train for the marathon. Puma has been expanding his social circle in playgroups, and we think he’d be perfectly happy living with or without another well matched dog.

About 1 1/2 years old and 65 pounds, Puma is crate-trained, house-trained, micro-chipped, up to date on routine vaccinations and working on his basic commands.
