Pancake
Pancake
Pancake joined us from the South Los Angeles shelter where she came in as a stray. The streets can be scary place for a young dog, so not surprisingly, Pancake came to us still a bit unsure. In her foster home, Pancake has been gaining confidence and is blossoming with structured routines and solid house rules. She is looking for a family who will continue to guide her while patiently teaching her that the world is a pretty cool place.
Pancake is much more confident around other dogs and loves to play. She enjoys the company of other well-behaved dogs that tolerate her occasionally pushy, puppy play-style. With the assistance of her savvy foster siblings, she is learning appropriate doggie play manners to ready her for a well-matched canine companion in her future home. Pancake has been fostered with a cat and would likely enjoy a friendly, social, cat sibling or two.
Pancake is a small girl, and will likely weigh around 45 lbs as an adult. She is around 8 months old, up to date on routine shots, microchipped, crate-trained, and is learning her basic manners.
