Misty May is an adorable, silly and soft girl who came to Angel City Pit Bulls via the North Central Animal Shelter where she drew the attention of our volunteers with her calm and gentle demeanor. After a few days of rest in her foster home, we noticed her extraordinary cowabunga skill which bares striking resemblance to a volleyball jump serve, so we decided to name this athletic beauty after Olympic beach volleyball player Misty May.

In her foster home, Misty has blossomed into a joyful, goofy and playful young girl who enjoys smooching her foster siblings, running around in the yard and going on hikes in the local canyons. While she would make for a perfect running or hiking partner, Misty also enjoys quietly working on a bone or a stuffed kong in her crate. She is a great all-around young lady who has great leash and house manners. Misty is great with dogs and even cats - so she would do very well in many homes.

Misty May is approximately 11 months old, approximately 52 pounds, house-trained, crate-trained, microchipped, spayed, and up to date on routine vaccinations.
