Joy

Joy came to Angel City pit bulls in december 2013. She was shy and afraid of her new surroundings. Joy has now blossomed into an affectionate and happy girl. While she can still be nervous in new situations, with encouragement and structure she is able to bravely interact with others in a variety of situations.

Joy loves the company of other dogs of all ages and sizes (with a proper introduction, of course!). Although she loves the routine of her daily walk and food puzzles, she doesn't mind having a lazy day when she can sit in her comfy crate and enjoy a nice bone or her favorite peanut butter stuffed KONG. Joy has made great progress in her time with acpb and would do best in a household with someone who will continue her socialization, structured routine and confidence building.

Joy is around 2 years old, approximately 60 pounds, crate trained, house-trained, knows basic commands, and walks very well on-leash
