With her distinctive eyepatch and big, instantly lovable face, you can’t miss Bertha. This sweet and affectionate girl turns heads anywhere she goes. Once she has your attention she loves to show off her playful side. If you’re lucky you may even get to experience her patented butterfly watching technique: Watch, watch, then bounce and skip around trying to catch her subject. Her foster parents describe her goofiness as “sublime."

In between her silly-stints, Bertha also enjoys exploring and chilling out at her foster home. Bertha loves getting pets from her people and would be happy for you to invite all of your friends over to fawn over her. Bertha also does well with other dogs and enjoys hanging out with her canine foster sister.

About 2 years old and 50 pounds, Bertha is crate-trained, house-trained, micro-chipped, up to date on routine vaccinations and working on her basic commands.
