Tootsie is a super cute and petite little lady who came our way via the South LA Shelter. She is about 6 months old, and a silly, happy puppy -- we love her gentle and sweet demeanor.
About 20 pounds, Tootsie is crate-trained, house-trained, micro-chipped, up to date on routine vaccinations and working on her basic commands.
