Meet Tadpole! This happy boy joined us from the South LA shelter, where he won us over with his silly smile and sweet demeanor. Tadpole is a playful guy and enjoys romping around with his canine foster brother, followed by a snuggle on the dog bed. His foster parents say he likes to take in all the action around him, and once he has the lay of the land he likes to jump in for some high quality fun. He’s also very respectful of the household cat.

From his experiences in his foster home, we know Tadpole would do well in a home with other animals--but he’d also be happy to soak up all your affection on his own! In between playing and lounging, Tadpole enjoys snuggling up with his favorite humans.

About 1 year old and 40 pounds, Tadpole is crate-trained, house-trained, micro-chipped, up to date on routine vaccinations and working on his basic commands.
