Summer

Summer is our resident athletic girl who would love to find a home that loves activities as much as she does! Summer has proven to be a fantastic running partner and enjoys hiking and playing in the yard. Want to go on an off-site adventure? Summer will jump right in the car to join you. This goofy, curious girl would love her family to act as her coach to continue to give her structure so she can be the best teammate possible. And when she’s not going on adventures with her humans, Summer enjoys the company of other dogs and is naturally a very playful partner.

Summer loves to show off her trick of running right into her crate when it’s time for dinner and enjoys hanging out in what she considers her chic studio apartment. She has also been known to act as a foot warmer for her foster family at the end of the day, curling up on top of their feet for some snuggles.

About 2 years old and 50 pounds, Summer is crate-trained, house-trained, micro-chipped, up to date on routine vaccinations and working on her basic commands.
