Phillie is an eight-week-old puppy who came to Angel City via the West LA Animal Shelter with her mom and nine siblings -- many of whom have already been adopted. Spunky little Phillie likes to play with her siblings as well as her toys, and of course nap! She has begun crate-training, and is beginning to learn potty training as well.
