Foster Friday

Here at Angel City Pit Bulls, we are no strangers to the term “foster failure.” In fact, almost all of our core members and most devoted volunteers can be crowned with this title.
When you go into the shelters you see all different kinds of pups, from the wise old gal all the way down to the shy little boys. Every once in a while, though, one will jump out at you. That is what happened with my newest foster, little Miss Adeline.
December of last year at our company holiday party, I came upon a sad story about this little pit bull with a huge hematoma from a botched spay. We decided that we wanted to help her, this dog named Hope; our rationale was that this would be our “good deed” for the year.
