Wembley’s foster mom summed him up the best when she said, “Wembley is the closest dog I have encountered to Doug from Up thus far. He is generally just happy to be around and being a part of anything/everything.”

Wembley is an overall low key cutie whose day will be made not by an epic hike but with an epic snuggle session or adoring pats from all your friends and family during an at home hangout. Wembley likes a nice 15-20 minute stroll (he’s great on leash) and a little playing with his foster sister, and then is happy to lounge for the rest of the day!

When Wembley tried to make a list of his favorite activities, it was hard for him to choose: Playing fetch? Working for a training treat? Playing with dogs? Cuddling with his people or his foster sister? He loves it all, and will get a happy zoomy spin when he’s excited about what’s up next during the day. His foster mom says he’s a mega cuddler--in fact he’s basically a baby koala in the way that he curls right up for a snug. Wembley currently lives with another large dog (his BFF) and enjoys attending playgroups. He’s also met small dogs and thinks they’re cool, too! We think he’d love to join your existing crew to show off his gente romping play.

About 2 years old and 65 pounds, Wembley is crate-trained, house-trained, micro-chipped, up to date on routine vaccinations and knows his basic commands.
