Meet Ramona! Ramona was found by Good Samaritan who also offered to foster her if ACPB could support her.  With a committed foster home in place, we couldn't resist taking in this beautiful girl into our program.

Ramona is an intelligent, versatile loving dog, who adores people and is very connected and responsive.   She is gentle and respectful around children;  a perfect nanny dog with wonderful house manners.   Ramona is also an athletic girl who loves to walk, hike, and run.   In fact, she would make an ideal running partner - she can effortlessly trot along for a few miles, all at a perfect heel.   After she has enjoyed her outdoor activities, Ramona is quick to cuddle or nap.   She would be just as happy as the only dog, as she would be with a well-matched doggy sibling.  Ramona is working on her leash manners,  and is doing a great job learning to look to her handler instead of getting excited when she sees another dog.

Ramona weighs about 50 lbs and is around 3 years old, up-to-date on routine shots, microchipped, crate-trained, and knows her basic manners.
