Originally from the South LA shelter, Peaky has been living it up as a foster dog. This spunky, medium energy girl is up for anything life has to offer. She’ll excitedly accept an invitation to go walking, and once you’re out the door she loves to show off her easy-going leash manners. Want to hang out around the house? Sounds good to Peaky! She’ll snuggle up with you and try to convince you she’s a lap dog--and she’s small enough she almost fits!

Peaky is very food motivated and loves to learn. She’s been working on the basics in her foster home and would enjoy learning more (and being rewarded with delicious treats) in her future home. Peaky did well in playgroups at the shelter and could live in a home with other dogs, though she’s happy to entertain you all day on her own.

About 1 year old and 40 pounds, Peaky is crate-trained, house-trained, micro-chipped, up to date on routine vaccinations and working on her basic commands.
