Nellie

Nellie is a lively, petite and happy little lady who came to Angel City Pit Bulls from the South LA Animal Shelter. When we met her at the shelter, her adorable ewok-like physique caught our attention, though it was her eagerness to connect that made her a perfect fit for the ACPB family.  Nellie came to us a bit unsure of new dogs and told us she could be a little saucy without guidance. Since joining our program, Nellie has made significant improvement in her doggy social skills.  With slow introductions and structure she has become best friends with her canine foster siblings, as well as making new dog friends. 

Nellie loves to give kisses and snuggle with her people, and with her eagerness to connect, she is always looking to meet new friends.  She enjoys walks and hikes; catching rays in the yard; and has an easy-to-please, flexible energy level.  Nellie walks nicely on leash, has excellent house-manners, and knows all her basic obedience commands.

Nellie weights approximately 42 lbs, is approximately two years old, up to date on routine vaccinations, spayed, microchipped, crate-trained and house-trained.
