We first met Brodie in 2012 when he was found as a stray and brought to the West LA Shelter with a fractured jaw. We welcomed him into our foster program and watched him blossom into a wonderful little dog throughout his recovery.

Brodie was adopted by a loving family who in him raised a superb dog. However, due to some unforeseen events with his adoptive family, Brodie has returned to our program and is once again looking for his forever home.

Adored by his current foster parents, Brodie has a lot of interests and personality quirks. He very much enjoys play time, whether it be playing fetch, running around in the yard with his canine pals, or even a joy ride in the car. Brodie is very adaptable and extremely attentive to training and obedience work. He is great in the home, and is very respectful of boundaries -- he knows only to climb onto the couch if his special blanket is set for him. Brodie also is fond of his crate and appreciates his downtime.

About 3 years old, Brodie is a smart dog and a fast learner. He is approximately 65 pounds, crate-trained, house-trained, micro-chipped and up to date on routine vaccinations.
